Aconcagua Residential Development
Aconcagua is the unit that develops, builds, and markets products by extension, high-rise densification products and social housing. The real estate projects developed by this unit are our own as well as in partnership with third parties. The first group of products is made up of residential complexes of houses and 4-story buildings. The second corresponds to high-rise buildings that have been developed for both first and second homes. In turn, the third is made up of houses and buildings of up to 5 floors that apply to social homes in DS19-format, DS01 and DS49-format, which are built through Constructora Noval.
