The Organizational Development area, part of the Human Capital Management, is one of the fundamental pillars of the Company. Its objective is to maximize the potential of employees and ensure the growth and development of each of them.

We are dedicated to attracting and cultivating the best talent in the country. Certified in the standard of gender equality and work, family, and personal life, we strive to create an inclusive and equitable environment. From recruiting outstanding professionals to creating a positive work environment, performance reviews, and corporate events, our mission is to drive growth and cohesion within our organization. Through continuous training, the creation of inspiring content and the promotion of our organizational culture, we are committed to building a strong and promising future for all. 

Every year, our talent attraction team conducts a special call to recruit recent graduates interested in joining SalfaCorp and being part of the Young Professionals Program. This program provides a unique opportunity that covers various stages of training and development, designed to offer a well-rounded experience that lays a solid foundation for the first steps in working life.

All generations of the SalfaCorp Young Professionals Program have a welcome activity, in which they receive their entry kit, their work supplies, and participate in an induction talk given by some of the leaders of the organization.

Since 2022, SalfaCorp has been certified in the Chilean Standard 3262, which promotes the reconciliation of work, family, and personal life. This achievement not only represents a significant milestone in our organizational culture, but also positions SalfaCorp as a leader in the industry, being the first company in the field to obtain this certification in Chile.

What is Chilean Standard 3262?

Chilean Standard 3262 seeks to promote equality between men and women in organizations, generating a positive impact for people and their environment. To achieve this, it is proposed to implement a set of measures that promote and generate a cultural change that allows reducing gaps favoring work, family, and personal life, as well as co-responsibility within organizations.
